Procrastination, pure and simple. I originally had the idea to put up a Web site about the video back in 1999, after Greg Deocampo told me that Phish had once actually shown it between sets and that people were curious about it. I realized that it would be fun (and possibly closer to the original concept that I had for the video) to show it on the Web in a simple storybook-format layout, and that there would probably be a lot of Phish fans who would like to see it. As for why it took six years to actually get it done, I have no excuses. All I can say is, better late than never!
